IHGMA (Indonesian Hotel General Manager Association) is an association for accommodation service leaders (Hotel General Managers) in Indonesia who have concerns to empower human resources and local wisdom and devote themselves to the progress and excellence of Indonesian tourism. IHGMA is committed to contributing significantly to the success of government programs in the field of tourism both in the short and long term to create superior and sustainable tourism.
By implementing a quality, superior and independent business strategy so that the sustainability and sustainability of the tourism industry is maintained and at the same time improving the local economy in particular and Indonesia in general.
The DPP IHGMA was formed along with the inauguration of this association nationally at Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur, Bali on April 20, 2016 with 600 General Managers and Hotel Managers throughout Indonesia. Currently, 34 DPD (Chapter) have been formed throughout Indonesia with members reaching 850 people nationally and 181 people in Bali and this number is expected to increase in 2021. IHGMA DPD Bali as a communication forum for the highest leaders in hotels, resorts and villas in Bali who have professionalism, integrity and networking that are competent, reliable, superior and able to compete globally both practically and academically.
The big goal of realizing Bali as a cultural, quality and sustainable tourist destination is getting stronger and has become the concern of all tourism stakeholders in Bali, including IHGMA DPD Bali which is always present as a bridging and stimulus in revitalizing and strengthening Bali Tourism, especially with the challenges of the co-19 pandemic.
